All Seasons Residence consists of five villas: Živa, Sunčica, Hajdučica, Vukota, and Bela. Villa Živa features premium apartments, a reception area, a lobby bar, a breakfast room, the All Seasons Gastro bar, and both indoor and outdoor games rooms. Villa Hajdučica, connected to Villa Živa, offers 15 apartments with field views. Villa Vukota provides views of the pine forest. Villa Bela includes apartments with complex views. Apartments have a kitchenette with a dining table, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a bathroom with a shower, free toiletries, and a hairdryer. Some apartments include a double bed and a double sofa bed. Premium apartments in Villa Živa and Bela are equipped with a comfortable French bed.
